DST Sponsor Spotlight

Four Springs

Sponsor Overview

Four Springs TEN31 Xchange (FSXchange), a subsidiary of Four Springs Capital Trust (FSCT), structures Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) offerings to provide accredited investors with tax-deferred 1031 Exchange opportunities. FSXchange focuses on offering stable, income-producing real estate investments backed by long-term leases. Its parent company, FSCT, founded in 2012, is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires and manages a diversified portfolio of single-tenant, income-generating commercial properties under triple or double net leases. FSCT strategically targets properties with purchase prices between $5 million and $25 million to minimize competition from larger institutional investors while ensuring portfolio diversification across tenants, industries, geographies, and property types.
