Coby Johnson
Coby Johnson has been with Four Springs Capital Trust since its inception in 2012, initially serving as Chief Operating Officer and Secretary before becoming President in 2014 and transitioning to CEO in 2024.
With a strong background in corporate and securities law, Mr. Johnson has extensive experience in real estate, capital markets transactions, and investment strategy. His leadership has played a key role in the firm’s growth and expansion within the 1031 Exchange and DST markets.
