Doug Ostrover is the Co-CEO of Blue Owl Capital Inc. and serves as the chairman of the firm’s board of directors. As a founding force behind Blue Owl’s expansive growth, Doug played a key role in shaping its Real Assets strategy, which includes offering 1031 exchange-eligible DST investments through OREX. Before co-founding Blue Owl and its predecessor Owl Rock Capital Partners, Doug was a co-founder of GSO Capital Partners, a leading credit-oriented alternative asset manager acquired by Blackstone in 2008. His leadership continues to guide Blue Owl’s mission to deliver innovative, institutional-quality investment solutions to both individual and institutional investors.
