Howard W. Lutnick is the Chairman and CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P., a global financial services leader, and Chairman of Newmark Group, Inc., a top commercial real estate services firm. Since joining Cantor Fitzgerald in 1983, Mr. Lutnick has driven its growth and diversification, including forming BGC Partners and overseeing Newmark’s spin-off as a public company in 2018. Following the tragic events of September 11th, 2001, he led the firm’s rebuilding efforts and founded The Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund, which continues to aid victims of disasters and emergencies. Mr. Lutnick holds a degree in economics from Haverford College and remains a key innovator in financial services and real estate.
