Davison Nutt serves as Vice President of Investments. Davison joined the sponsor Moody National Companies in March of 2008 and has been involved in the structuring of syndications for Moody National's various equity programs, which totaled approximately $1.8 billion of real estate investment products. In his current role, Davison is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing Broker-Dealer and Key Advisor relationships for Moody National REIT II, Inc. Davison holds an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston where he served as an analyst and portfolio manager of a multi-million-dollar private investment fund holding equity securities that are traded in U.S. markets. Davison currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
